Snake Eater Remake to Just $30 for Black Friday 2025

Snake Eater Remake to Just $30 for Black Friday 2025

In what is arguably one of the best deals of the year so far, Metal Gear Solid Δ: Snake Eater has dropped to just $30 at Walmart for both PS5 and Xbox.

That’s $40 off the original list price of $70, and $20 less than the previous best deal from last week at Best Buy. What a thrill! Black Friday deals of this caliber usually don’t last long, so I’d pick it up while you still can.

In Michael Higham’s 8/10 review of Metal Gear Solid Δ: Snake Eater for IGN, he said, “If I were to point someone to one of the many versions available, this is the one I’d recommend, whether they’re revisiting or playing for the first time.”

It’s also a game we consider to be one of the best video game remakes in general, so if you’ve been waiting for a good time to play it, now is the time to make your move. Just don’t try Googling it, as the Delta/Δ symbol makes it an absolute nightmare. Thanks, Konami!

Other top games that have recently been discounted at Walmart include Elden Ring for $15 on PS5 and Xbox, Sonic X Shadow Generations for $15 on Nintendo Switch, Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds for $30, and plenty more as well.

The retailer has also undercut Nintendo’s official sale, bringing games like Luigi Mansion 3, Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom, Donkey Kong Country Returns HD, and more down from their original $39.99 sale price, to now just $30. That’s a huge additional saving, and what Black Friday is all about.

Amazon and Target have also already long started their official early Black Friday sales, both of which will carry on all the way through to Cyber Monday on December 1.

Are you planning to pick up anything in the Black Friday sales?
