The Full Skyrim Library Just Got a Massive Price Cut on Amazon

We’re still talking about Skyrim in 2026. While Bethesda continues (or maybe even starts) to chug along on Elder Scrolls 6, I am one of many who find themselves going back to the 2011 classic. Or, at the very least, still watching video essays about it.

Bethesda quickly caught on to the power of its own lore, releasing a series of hardcover ‘Skyrim Library’ books between 2015 and 2017. The full set of all three volumes normally costs $110, but a new Amazon deal has dropped that price by 45%, down to just $68.

The Skyrim Library – Volumes I, II & III (Box Set)

The Skyrim Library collects pretty much every single book in the game. Yes, even The Lusty Argonian Maid. The texts themselves are complemented by concept art and original illustrations, providing a beautiful one-stop shop for tons of Skyrim lore.

The books are organized across three hardcover volumes by theme:

  • Volume I: The Histories
  • Volume II: Man, Mer, and Beast
  • Volume III: The Arcane

Volume 1 collects most of the historical lore books from the province of Skyrim, with some context from across Tamriel. Volume 2 digs deeper into the province’s creatures, races, and factions, while Volume 3 is all about the magic.

For the decor-minded, all three volumes are beautiful on their own, with simple artwork reminiscent of the books you find throughout the game. As a package, however, they come in a “deluxe” slipcover case, with stone-textured art that opens to reveal an illustration of Alduin.

Amazon isn’t shy about discounting these books, but this is still the lowest price we’ve seen since the retailer’s last Spring Sale.

What’s Going on With Elder Scrolls 6?

On the Elder Scrolls 6 front, Bethesda technically announced the sequel all the way back in 2018. However, Todd Howard kind of wants you to forget about that. The studio has been primarily focused on Starfield and Fallout for the past couple of years, and most of the team was only moved to Elder Scrolls as of February 2026. That said, Howard did claim the game was playable, though “still a long way off.”

In the meantime, The Elder Scrolls Online has continued to get plenty of new updates, having recently kicked off Season Zero: Dawn and Dusk.
