The OLED UltraGear monitors offer 1440p resolution and a 240Hz refresh rate for incredible detailing, signature OLED picture quality, and ultra-smooth motion during fast-paced gameplay and cutscenes. They also support AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and Nvidia G-Sync VRR technology to help prevent screen tearing and stuttering, which can ruin immersion and put you at a disadvantage during online matches.

How I rated this deal

While it’s not the steepest discount we’ve ever seen on an LG UltraGear gaming monitor, and it’s disappointing to see the BOGO deal end due to stock, a discount of $500 is still a great value for such a high-end OLED gaming monitor. This is especially true for anyone who has a PC that pulls double duty as a gaming rig and workstation and may need an OLED display for better color accuracy and picture quality for creative work.
