Amazon’s Perfect Order Booster Box Discount is the Best Deal Going Right Now

Just a week after the global debut of the Pokémon TCG: Perfect Order expansion, Amazon has dropped a surprisingly early and surprisingly steep discount. If you’re looking for an excuse to dive into Lumiose City, or simply snag a few awesome Mega Evolution cards, this is the best chance yet.

Usually retailing for $279.99, you can currently grab a Perfect Order Booster Display Box for $210.90. That’s a whopping 25% savings on the standard, making this deal one of the most cost-efficient ways to pull a wide variety of cards from the new ME03 set.

Perfect Order - Booster Box (36 Packs)

Perfect Order – Booster Box (36 Packs)

Considering each Booster Display Box contains 36 sealed packs, this is a great value for money – a single sealed Perfect Order pack will run you up $25.23 alone on Amazon right now. In comparison, the Booster Display Box works out to $5.86 per pack. Result!

Every pack is guaranteed to contain 10 game cards, 1 Basic Energy, and a code card for Pokémon TCG Live. That’s a massive 360 game cards you can add to your collection! You could spread them out over a few times, but let’s be real, ripping them open like it’s Christmas morning is more likely. Considering Perfect Order is a much smaller set than Ascended Order, this is a great chance for anyone trying to collect the whole 124-card expansion.

There are some great cards you can snag, too. For those who haven’t been tracking the Mega Evolution era of the TCG, Perfect Order brings Pokémon Legends: Z-A and its DLC, Mega Dimension, into the card game. Mega Zygarde ex, the “Order Pokémon” itself, is the definitive mascot of the set, with two awesome cards up for grabs that are already fetching three figures on third-party resell websites like TCGplayer.

That’s not the only star of the show! There’s a gorgeous Clefairy card, designed by the talented Natsumi Yoshida, that’s making some waves in the community, alongside two very popular Meowth cards.

But you may be asking – why is this discount happening so soon, considering Perfect Order has barely been out a week? Well, the expansion has had a Chilly Reception from certain fans, mainly due to the lack of high-value chase cards. But, on the other hand, a lot of Trainers have rallied around the expansion in support. Just because there’s no major chase cards doesn’t mean it’s not worth adding to your collection. While the “investor” crowd might be looking elsewhere, the players are finding plenty to enjoy.

There’s one catch with this deal, and it impacts our friends across the pond in the UK. While the 25% discount still applies, shipping and import fees on Amazon currently sit at approximately $58.07 (£44.02). When you do the math, the total price for UK fans comes to roughly $268.97 (£203.90).

It’s still technically an $11.02 (£8.35) saving compared to the standard retail price, but it might be enough to dull the excitement for international trainers. If you’re in the US, however, this is likely the lowest price we’ll see before the April 10 Standard Rotation hits and these Mega ex cards start popping up in the new competitive meta.

Before you hit “Buy Now,” keep in mind that this specific Amazon listing is marked as “All sales final.” There are no returns, refunds, or replacements on this product. In the world of high-value TCG items, you can’t be surprised – this is standard practice to prevent pack weighing or box resealing fraud. But at this price, the joy is in opening it up and seeing what you can pull.

Whether you’re an investor looking to score yourself a Mega Zygarde-shaped win, or a competitive player hunting for that all-important Poke Pad reprint, Amazon’s 25% discount on the Perfect Order Booster Display Box is the first major crack in the pricing floor. Don’t expect it to last long.
