Instead of playing as Link, you play as Princess Zelda, who must save Hyrule on her own. As a result of this design, the game plays vastly differently from any other in the series.
The star of the gameplay is Zelda’s Tri Rod, allowing you to create Echoes of almost anything. This can mean copying a bed and placing a dozen to form a staircase, or even spawning enemies to attack for you. You can get very creative with how you solve each puzzle, as most of the time, there is never just one solution. Creativity is key, and it’s up to you to determine how to approach new challenges.
