Frog Sqwad Sets June 2026 Launch Window for Xbox and PC

Goofy co-op puzzle-platformer Frog Sqwad has a new trailer, new platforms, and a narrowed release window of June 2026.

The amphibious slapstick adventure showed up to refine its launch schedule during the March 2026 Xbox Partner Preview livestream today. New footage reminds players of the antics that will ensue when up to eight players use their elastic tongues to gather food for The Swamp King when it comes to PC, Xbox Cloud, Xbox Series X | S, and Game Pass this summer.

Frog Sqwad plopped into players’ minds when developer Panic Stations formally announced it for PC in December 2025. Videos of its physics-based chaos have teased yet another addition to a string of games that have encouraged players to goof around for the last few years. Even its Steam page encourages fans of “friendslop games” to check it out if they enjoy games like Peak, Lethal Company, and Chained Together.

“Storm The Sewers for the glory of the Swamp King!” an official description for Frog Sqwad says. “Swing, jump, catapult your friends, and eat eat EAT until you grow into a humongous Megafrog. A co-op extraction puzzle-platformer for up to 8 players. Squad up with your frog friends for a friendslop party in this slapstick physics adventure!”

Frog Sqwad will now come to Xbox, as well as PC, when it launches June 2026, though it’s unclear if Panic Stations has plans to bring it to any additional platforms. In the meantime, you can see everything else announced at the March 2026 Xbox Partner Preview here.
