Rockstar Games has revealed the box art for Grand Theft Auto 6, which looks a lot like you’d expect it to look, and it’s revealed pre-order dates for the new game.
The box art features the familiar GTA box design of the game-name surrounded by panels of artwork. Here we see a yellow Lamborghini, a speed boat, a crocodile, a helicopter, someone doing an irresponsible wheelie on a sports motorbike, someone holding a machine gun, perhaps irresponsibly, someone dressed in a bikini, someone wearing lots of bling, and of course the game’s dual heroes, Lucia and Jason.
There’s also a flamingo because we’re in Miami for this adventure and I assume Flamingos hang out there, or perhaps they just fit with the pink and purple aesthetic.
PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series S/X pre-orders for Grand Theft Auto 6 begin 25th June, meanwhile. I don’t expect there’ll be any shortage of copies but who knows? It’s reassuring to see confidence in the 19th November release date all the same.
