The Gathering Precons Bundle at Amazon, and Get Two Decks Each for You and a Friend

Magic: The Gathering launched Aetherdrift earlier this year, but there have been so many sets that it’s hard to believe it landed just a few months ago.

Ahead of the launch of Spider-Man, the set’s Commander offerings are discounted at Amazon, reaching their lowest price for a cool ‘double-deck’ bundle that you could go halves on with a friend.

This MTG Deck Bundle Is Ideal For Playing With A Friend

The bundle in question includes two of each Aetherdrift deck: Living Energy and Eternal Might.

Given that at launch, Eternal Might was climbing to around $70, you could argue you’re getting a pretty great deal here since you’re getting two of that deck and Living Energy thrown in, too.

Are the decks worth the pickup, though? As it happens, yes. Living Energy is all about building up energy counters to roll out copies of creatures and trigger other effects.

There are some decently priced cards, too, like Stridehangar Automaton, Lightning Greaves, and Panharmonicon for around $6.

Eternal Might is perhaps more fun, though, just because it’s all about zombies. It’s still going for $50-$60 on its own, and is all about making an army of the undead.

Card value-wise it’s no slouch, either. The Scarab God is a $9 card, Renewed Solidarity would cost you $8, and Bontu’s Monument isn’t far behind.

But that’s not the only big MTG deal available during the Labor Day sales right now.

Final Fantasy - Commander Deck Bundle

Finally (heh), we’ve been watching the price of the Final Fantasy Commander bundle over the last few weeks, and it’s just hit $175.

Given you’d have paid not far off that for a single deck not that long ago, you’re now essentially getting each for under MSRP at under $44 each.

That’s a huge bargain, and well worth picking up as well.
