This officially licensed footwear from Crocs has been designed to look like an Xbox controller

Microsoft has teamed up with rubber footwear brand Crocs to give us some of the most, errm, eyecatching shoes on the market.

You see, these officially licensed Crocs have been designed to look like an Xbox controller, meaning they have been adorned with the controller’s X, Y, B, A buttons and D-pad, as well as left and right analog sticks, and a white Xbox button. On the strap, meanwhile, is a green Xbox logo (which has replaced Crocs’ own crocodile emblem).

As well as the footwear, Xbox and Crocs have also collaborated on a Jibbitz charm pack. This pack of five includes homages to Xbox titles Halo, Fallout, Doom, World of Warcraft and Sea of Thieves, and can be added to Crocs of your choosing.

“The Xbox Classic Clog was designed to kick back and game,” the sale’s page for the shoes reads.

As for price, in the US these chaps are selling for $80, while in the UK you are looking at £80. If you are interested, you can join the waiting list now.

Xbox is, of course, not the only gaming-inspired Crocs collaboration. Earlier this year, Crocs and Nintendo joined forces on some Animal Crossing: New Horizon footwear, including charms featuring Blathers, Celeste, Pascal and more.

For more on Xbox, we recently celebrated the 360’s 20th anniversary with a series of interviews and features. Here is one from Alex all about Perfect Dark Zero and another one from our Ian looking back on the worst game ever released on the Xbox Live Arcade.
