Fallout season two gets new release date, and you can now watch it imminently

You can watch the premiere episode of Fallout’s second season sooner than expected, as Amazon has announced it is moving the release forward by a day.

That means, yes, Fallout will be debuting its second season in just a matter of hours from now, on Amazon Prime.

If you are in the UK, the first episode of Fallout season two will be available from 2am UK time on 17th December. Across the pond, meanwhile, those in New York will be able to watch from 9pm this evening, and those in LA will be able to watch from 6pm.

“Well, well, looks like Christmas came early,” the Fallout account teased, with footage of the Sphere in Las Vegas revealing the date change.

You can check out an infographic showing all the release times for Fallout season two’s first episode below. Following the season premiere, new episodes will air on a weekly basis, with the second series running until 4th February. Will you be tuning in?

Along with returning faces like Ella Purnell and Walton Goggins, Macaulay Culkin and Kumail Nanjiani have joined Fallout for season two. One face you won’t be seeing in the show, though, is Bethesda head Todd Howard, who has declined several offers to cameo in the series.

As for other potential Bethesda adaptations, Howard recently told Eurogamer he “can’t rule in or rule out an Elder Scrolls thing in the future”. Ooh!
