Pandemic is a co-op game that puts you and the other players in the shoes of scientists fighting a global pandemic. Everyone has a unique ability to help stop the spread, and you have to work together to save lives.

One of the aforementioned lesser-known gems is Heat: Pedal to the Metal. While you might not think a board game could match the excitement of a car race, it actually does a pretty good job. You can spec out your car to your liking, and then speed into races, where you have to make your car go as fast as it can without overheating.
