Magic’s next set, Marvel Super Heroes, is officially now available, and that means we’re seeing an absolute flurry of sealed boosters on shelves.

Despite it being the new hotness, however, we’re already seeing some discounts on products that will help you build your collection of heroes and villains, including a saving of 40% on a Play Booster box at Amazon.

That brings the box of 30 packs down to $125.95, making each pack $4.19 instead of the standard MSRP of $6.99. That’s also its lowest ever price at Amazon, so I’d snap these up ASAP to lock in those maximum savings.

MTG’s New Marvel Set Is Discounted Already

Finally, for those finding their feet with Magic: The Gathering, the Beginner Box is available for $24.44 (down from $34.99).

This includes two tutorial decks (Captain America and Iron Man), but you can swap in additional mini-decks (Jumpstart-style) to build 40 card decks to play with.

I also wanted to mention the Collector Booster Box being back in stock and available at TCGplayer for $444.59, while single booster packs are back at Amazon for $44.99.

These are pricey, but still the standard pricing for Collector Packs, so I’d snap them up as soon as you can if you’re serious about chasing the most valuable MTG cards from this set.

There’s some fairly cool cards already making gains in the market as well, such as Doctor Doom (Borderless), with the big bad of Avengers Doomsday hitting almost $150, alongside Thanos, The Mad Titan (Borderless) also hitting highs of $240.

But the most exciting pull is absolutely the The Mind Stone, as while this one is functionally the same as the standard card, the Borderless version also features Thanos. It’s selling for almost $1,500 right now, but I’m expecting the much rarer showcase version to sell for even more when it surfaces.
