Magic: The Gathering is a fun hobby, but it’s not a cheap one, making finding the latest deals important for newcomers and experienced Planeswalkers alike.
Thankfully, Best Buy is offering just that: A smattering of offers across recent sets, and some a little further back. The deals are only live for today, but here’s what you can grab at a discount right now.
Best Buy DOTD: Save on Magic: The Gathering for 24-Hours
Working in order of recency, you can save $10 on the Turtles Team-Up co-op box, bringing it down to $39.99. It’s designed to be replayable, too. If you’d prefer to play a more standard game of Magic with the Ninja Turtles, you can also grab a Play Booster Box for $134.99 – a $65 saving on 30 packs.
Draft Night, which includes a Collector Booster for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles set, is discounted from $129.99 down to $99.99.
Prior to TMNT was Lorwyn Eclipsed, and there are savings on that in-universe set, too. The excellent Commander precons are both discounted, so you can grab Dance of the Elements for $31.99 and Blight Curse for $34.99. Given that both usually retail for $50 each, that’s a solid deal.
Sticking with preconstructed decks, you can pick up one for standard for just $11.99 since the Pirates and Angels Themed Decks just got a 50% discount. Be aware that they’re both included in the listing, so it’s a random chance which one you’ll end up with!
Looking back at sets from last year, you can save on the Avatar: The Last Airbender Beginner Box (now $22.99), as well as a Play Booster box from Spider-Man. That one has a $70 discount and is now $119.99, or there’s a Gift Edition Bundle down to $64.99.
Finally, the Final Fantasy 7 Commander precon, Limit Break, which has a download code for the original game on PC, is down to $64.99 from $99.99, while the Fallout Commander precon, Science!, is now $44.99.
