During today’s State of Play showcase, Ghost of Yotei developer Sucker Punch brought a first-look trailer at Most Wanted. This is the roguelike mode the studio announced alongside the Complete Edition earlier in August.
In today’s gameplay debut, we got a look at the mode’s three previously announced characters – alongside Jin Sakai, Ghost of Tsushima‘s protagonist. Jin Sakai’s arrival raises the total number of playable characters to four: Atsu, Oyuki, Nagato and Jin.
Most Wanted is a combat-focused, survival mode where you take on bounties to go after bosses, unlock perks and fight off waves of enemies. The mode has its own separate progression, which includes new weapons and various cosmetics to unlock.
The trailer ended with a promise to share more in the Japan-focused State of Play, which kicks off following the main showcase.
Ghost of Yotei: Complete Edition arrives 1st October on PS5 and also comes with the Echoes of Sekigahara story expansion.
